Peronel
This classic suntop is inspired by the glamorous fashions of the 1930s. The buttoned straps can be worn crossed or uncrossed at the back.
The long top has fully-fashioned shaping, and ribbing at the sides to add further shape.
The sample shown here has a simple anchor motif, made using Swarovski beads knitted into the fabric – but these could easily be omitted, or swapped for simple glass seed beads.
The garment is knitted in the round from the hem upwards on circular needles.
Yarn
The top is knitted using Rowan Superfine Merino 4ply. This yarn has sadly been discontinued, but visit Yarn Sub to view substitutions.
