Lace Gloves

These pretty mesh gloves make a great finishing touch to a smart summer outfit! These are knitted in a simple mesh stitch, with a pretty lace border added afterwards, finished with vintage glass buttons to fasten.

Yarn: The gloves are knitted using Anchor ‘Pellicano’ – a size 12 silky crochet cotton (100% cotton, 385m/421yd 50g

Sizes & yarn quantities: The pattern gives instructions for one size – 1 ball yarn

Tension: 28sts and 40 rows to 4″ (10cms) over mesh stitch

Needles etc: pair of 3mm (US 2/3) needles,pair 2.25mm (US 1) needles

2 x 19mm buttons.
