Somerville Hat & Scarf

This cosy and sumptuous hat and scarf set are knitted in stocking stitch with a subtle moss stitch pattern. They were designed as companion pieces to my jumper design Somerville.

Yarn:

The yarn is Erika Knight British Blue 100, 100% British Bluefaced Leicester DK wool.

Sizes & yarn quantities:

The pattern gives instructions for one size scarf – 164cm x 28cm , and one size hat – to fit a medium-sized head 56-61cm

4 x 100g skeins of yarn needed for both pieces.

Tension: 22sts and 37 rows to 10cm/4ins in moss stitch

Needles etc: 4mm (US 6) circular needles and straight needles
