Cartwright 2022 is an updated version of my 2018 design Cartwright. The pattern was first published in The Knitter magazine Issue 132, then subsequently sold as a single PDF, and has proved to be one of my most popular designs!
As the yarn used for the original is no longer available, I decided to reknit the sample, and took the opportunity to add a couple of sizes to the pattern – making it suitable as a unisex garment – as well as changing the neckline to a V-neck – with an optional collar. The pattern also has the option of a sleeveless version, and a variation on the original tweed stitch.
