Cassandra Lace Wrap

This pretty and versatile lace wrap is a great addition to any wardrobe. Designed as a cross between a shrug and a shawl, it can be worn over a dress or perhaps instead of a scarf, under a coat.

The garment is knitted in 2 pieces, both starting at the cuff and knitted sideways.

Yarn:

The garment is knitted using Debbie Bliss Rialto Lace 100% wool (390m per 50g ball)

Sizes & yarn quantities:

The pattern gives instructions for 2 sizes; to fit bust 81-117cm/32-46 ins, and has both written and chart instructions.

2 – 3 x 50g balls of yarn

Tension: 24sts and 34 rows to 10cm/4ins in lace pattern using 4mm (US 6) needles.

Needles etc.

A pair of 4mm (US 6) knitting needles

A pair 3.25mm (US 3) knitting needles

stitch holder and stitch markers.
