Little Leaf Jumper
My design, Little Leaf Jumper – featured in Knit Now magazine issue 149 December edition, and uses some of my favourite stitches. I love the texture created by bands of simple stitches knitted using a 100% wool yarn – such as the Cygnet Pure Wool Superwash, DK used for the sample.
The loose, cosy jumper is knitted from the top down, and after the shaped and textured yoke, goes into a simple stocking stitch, ending with a deep rib. The even deeper collar can be worn rolled, as in the photos, or can be pulled up over your head and worn as a hood, to keep ears warm on cold winter days!
